Shipping Policy
At Matoresu®, we believe better sleep should start with a stress-free delivery. That’s why we provide fast, reliable, and free shipping to our customers across North America and Europe.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following countries and regions:
- United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and P.O. Boxes)
- Canada (selected provinces)
- United Kingdom, Germany, France, and selected EU countries
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
3. Estimated Delivery Times

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment via the carrier’s website or on our Order Tracking page.
5. Delivery Notes
- Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
- Signatures may not be required upon delivery. The carrier may leave the package at your door.
- Large furniture items may be delivered via freight and may take longer.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days at support@matoresu.com. We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and offer a refund or replacement if necessary.
7. Undeliverable or Returned Orders
- If a package is returned due to incorrect address or refusal, we may charge for re-shipping.
- Unclaimed orders may be cancelled and subject to a restocking fee.
8. Customs & Duties
No customs duties apply for orders shipped within the United States or Canada. For EU countries, any import duties are included in the total checkout price.
