All Matoresu® products are factory-direct — meaning we design, test, and manufacture everything ourselves. We use OEKO-TEX® fabrics and CertiPUR-US® foams to ensure breathability, safety, and long-lasting comfort. Whether it's a hybrid spring mattress or a modular memory foam sofa, every product is engineered with real-life comfort in mind.

Yes. Our foam is CertiPUR-US® certified and our fabrics are OEKO-TEX® certified, meaning they are:

• Free from harmful chemicals and heavy metals
• Low in VOCs for better indoor air quality
• Safe for families, pets, and the planet

Yes! We offer free standard shipping within the United States. Your order will be shipped from one of our local U.S. warehouses. For more details, see our Shipping Policy.

• Shipping Time: 3–7 Business Days (depending on location)

Request a return or refund within 30 days after delivery by emailing support@matoresu.com. Do not send the mattress back before receiving instructions. Matoresu may refund without a physical return. If a return is required, Matoresu pays the required shipping for defective, damaged, incorrect, or seller-responsible issues; for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer preference, the cost may be paid by the customer or deducted from the refund and will be disclosed before the return is arranged. Approved refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days.
