Refund & Return Policy
At Matoresu®, your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities. Whether you're trying our premium mattress during the 100-night trial or receiving one of our sofas, we want every step of your experience to feel right. If it doesn’t — we’ll make it right.
1. Mattress Trial & Return Policy
- All mattresses include a 100-night risk-free sleep trial.
- If you’re not satisfied within 100 nights, you may request a return for a full refund.
- The mattress must be clean, free of stains, and in good condition.
- Only one return per household per mattress model is allowed.
- We may assist in arranging donation pickup or return shipping depending on your location.
2. Sofa & Furniture Return Policy
- Furniture (sofas, sectionals, etc.) may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for opened but unused items.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
3. If Your Order Hasn’t Shipped Yet
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund if they haven’t shipped yet. Contact us immediately at support@matoresu.com with your order number.
4. If Your Order Is in Transit
Please contact us ASAP to see if we can intercept the shipment. If successful, you may be refunded the product cost (minus shipping or interception fees).
5. If You’ve Already Received the Product
- Unopened, with receipt: Full refund (excluding return shipping).
- Opened but unused, original packaging: 15–20% restocking fee applies.
- Lightly used mattresses (within 100-night trial): Full refund if clean and undamaged.
- Used or damaged furniture: Refund not eligible unless there's a defect.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
- We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.
- Damage caused by misuse or unauthorized modification is not covered.
7. Refund Timeline
After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed. All refunds are made in USD.
8. Non-Refundable Situations
- Returns requested after the applicable return window
- Used or soiled items that cannot be resold
- Final sale, clearance, or promotional items
- Returns without prior approval or valid proof of purchase
9. How to Start a Return
Email support@matoresu.com with your order number, reason for return, and any photos if applicable. We’ll guide you through the return steps.
