Europe return and refund policy

LEHUI GLOBAL LIMITED is the seller for European orders. This policy applies to orders delivered to Germany, France, Italy, or Spain.

30-day return window

Defective and non-defective products may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Contact support@matoresu.com with your order number and reason. Photos may be requested for damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied goods.

Free return by mail

After the return is approved, we provide a prepaid return label. Return shipping by mail or parcel service is free when using this label. No restocking fee is charged.

No exchanges

Exchanges are not accepted. Eligible returns are refunded instead.

Refund

After the return is received and approved, we process the refund within 5 business days. It is issued to the original payment method in the original transaction currency. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
