How are orders shipped?

Standard shipping is free for eligible mattress orders. Orders are processed within 2 business days and ship from an EU warehouse where available. Tracking is provided after dispatch when supported by the carrier.

How do returns work?

Defective and non-defective products may be returned free by mail or parcel service within 30 days after delivery. After approval, we provide a prepaid return label. No restocking fee is charged and exchanges are not accepted. After the return is received and approved, the refund is processed within 5 business days to the original payment method in the original transaction currency.
