Customers in the European Union may have statutory rights if a product is not in conformity with the sales contract. These rights are not replaced or limited by any commercial warranty offered by Matoresu.

Matoresu 10-Year Limited Mattress Warranty

Matoresu offers a limited mattress warranty for eligible mattress products. This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in the mattress core or spring structure under normal domestic use.

What May Be Covered

• Manufacturing defects in the mattress core
• Defects in the pocket spring structure
• Significant abnormal sagging caused by a manufacturing defect
• Material or workmanship defects that affect normal use

What Is Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear
• Personal comfort preference
• Damage caused by misuse, stains, moisture, improper storage, or unsuitable bed base
• Minor body impressions or normal softening over time
• Damage caused during moving or handling after delivery
• Products used for commercial or non-domestic purposes

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Please contact customer support with your order number, photos or videos showing the issue, and a short description. We may request additional information to assess the claim.

Possible Remedies

If a claim is approved, Matoresu may offer repair, replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution depending on the case and applicable law.
