Refund & Return Policy

You may request a return or refund within 30 days after delivery.

Contact us before any return

Email support@matoresu.com with your order number and reason. Do not send a mattress back unless Matoresu has provided return instructions.

Resolution and physical returns

Depending on the circumstances, Matoresu may issue a refund without requiring the mattress to be physically returned.

Return shipping costs

If an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or the issue is otherwise Matoresu's responsibility, and a physical return is required, Matoresu covers the required return shipping. If the return is due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer preference, required return shipping may be paid by the customer or deducted from the refund. We will tell you the actual charge before arranging the return.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are normally processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available.

Your rights

This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
